[LCD Monitor] No display or black screen on monitor connected to computer/motherboard when entering the Bioses

Note: When CSM function in Bioses of your motherboard/PC is disabled, Bioses would boot in UEFI mode. However,, but if the graphics card installed on the motherboard is not compatible with UEFI mode, there may be no display or black screen. Please update the firmware.

Model : PG32UQ、VG28UQL1A、XG43UQ

Download Center | Official Support | ROG Global (stzgcm.com)

Here we take PG32UQ as example.

1. Enter the model name.

2. Click Driver & Utility.

3.Click Bioses & FIRMWARE.

4.Click DOWNLOAD.

Download the [Firmware] file and you can find operation steps about updating firmware.

Reminder: Please update with newer version of firmware.
